User guide

  1. Open the web address provided by your property or parking administrator.

  2. Select Login.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Continue with your password or request a magic link, depending on the options shown.

  5. If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the authentication or recovery code when prompted.

Use Password Reset on the login screen if you cannot remember your password. A magic link and a password-reset link are time-limited and should not be shared.

Understand the dashboard

After signing in, the dashboard shows each account you can access. An account may represent a unit, tenant, company, or another group defined by the site.

Each account provides quick links to:

  • Vehicles

  • Users

  • Permits

  • View full details, which may also show invoices, credentials, parking sessions, guest allowances, violations, and assigned spaces

If you belong to more than one account, confirm the account name before making a change.

Add a vehicle

  1. From the dashboard, find the correct account and select Vehicles.

  2. Select Add Vehicle.

  3. Enter the vehicle's Make, Model, and Color.

  4. Enter the Year if known.

  5. Enter the License Plate, including its country and state, province, or region.

  6. Complete any additional fields required by the site, such as VIN, vehicle type, vehicle size, documents, or custom information.

  7. Review the plate carefully and select Save Vehicle.

Accurate plate and vehicle details are important. Incorrect information can cause the vehicle to appear unauthorized during enforcement.

If Add Vehicle is unavailable, the account may have reached its vehicle limit or your role may not allow vehicle changes.

Edit, activate, or deactivate a vehicle

  1. Open Vehicles for the correct account.

  2. Select Edit for the vehicle.

  3. Correct the vehicle or registration information and save the change.

Use Deactivate when a vehicle should remain in the account's history but is no longer in use. Use Activate to return an inactive vehicle to service. A deactivated vehicle should not be assumed to have parking authorization.

Attach or transfer a permit to a vehicle

In the interface, attaching a permit is called assigning a permit.

  1. From the dashboard, open Vehicles for the correct account.

  2. Find the active vehicle and select Assign Permit.

  3. Under Available Permits, select Assign beside the permit you want to use.

  4. Confirm that the vehicle now shows the expected permit.

To move a permit from another vehicle:

  1. Open Assign Permit on the vehicle that should receive the permit.

  2. Under Transfer from Another Vehicle, locate the current vehicle and permit.

  3. Select Transfer and confirm the warning.

  4. Verify both vehicles afterward. The old vehicle becomes unpermitted.

Important permit rules:

  • A site may enforce a cooldown before a newly assigned permit can be moved again. The page displays the remaining wait time.

  • Only eligible, active permits appear.

  • A permit may be valid only in certain zones or assigned spaces.

  • If no permit is available, use the link to view available permit types or contact the site manager.

  • Never park the old vehicle under a permit after transferring that permit away from it.

View permit details

  1. From the dashboard, select Permits for the account.

  2. Select a permit to review its status and validity period.

  3. Confirm the assigned vehicle, allowed zones, assigned spaces, and any policy terms shown.

Permit status and dates determine whether the permit currently authorizes parking. Contact the site manager if the status or assignment appears incorrect.

Invite a user to you account

Only account managers and owners can normally manage other users.

  1. From the dashboard, select Users for the correct account.

  2. Select Invite User.

  3. Enter the person's email address.

  4. Choose a role:

    • User can manage vehicles and permits.

    • Manager can also manage account users.

    • Owner has full account access and is available only when the current user is allowed to assign it.

  5. Add an optional personal note.

  6. Select Send Invitation.

An existing site user will be asked to accept the invitation. A new user will receive instructions to set up an account. From the Users page, an authorized user can resend or cancel a pending invitation.

Change a user's role or remove access

  1. Open Users for the account.

  2. Select Edit beside the user.

  3. Choose the new role and select Update Permissions.

To remove someone, use the remove action on the Users page and confirm it. Primary owners cannot be removed or changed by other owners. Before removing a user, confirm that another appropriate owner or manager will retain access.

Use other account tools

Open View full details for an account to see the tools enabled for that site.

Invoices

Open Invoices to review account charges and payment status. Select an invoice for the payment or receipt options available to you.

Guest Parking

If the site enables sponsored guest parking, open Guest Allowance or the guest parking option shown for the account. Follow the prompts to register the guest vehicle. Allowance limits and parking terms are set by the site.

Credentials

Some sites use physical or digital credentials in addition to license plates. Use Credentials to view or manage the credentials assigned to the account when this feature is enabled.

Parking Sessions

Open Parking Sessions to review parking activity associated with the account. Public parking sessions may also be retrieved with their confirmation code from Session Lookup.

Violations

Recent violations may appear on the dashboard. Select one to review its status, evidence, and available response options. The public Violations lookup can also locate a case using the information requested by the site.

Assigned spaces

If your account has assigned parking spaces, the account details page shows them. When verification is required, follow the on-screen verification instructions or request a new verification link if that action is available.

Messages and notifications

  • Open Messages from the bottom navigation to read site announcements and notices.

  • Dismiss a message only when a dismiss action is shown.

  • Open Settings to choose available email and SMS notification preferences.

Important enforcement, payment, permit, and security notifications may still be sent when required for service or account security.

Update profile and security settings

  1. Select Settings in the bottom navigation.

  2. Update the available name, contact, language, theme, and notification options.

  3. If changing an email address, complete the verification sent to the new address.

For two-factor authentication:

  1. Select the option to enable two-factor authentication.

  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter the confirmation code.

  3. Store the recovery codes in a secure place.

Regenerating recovery codes invalidates the previous set.

Troubleshooting

I do not see an account

Confirm that you signed in with the email address that received the invitation. Ask an account manager or site manager to verify your account assignment.

I cannot add a vehicle

The account may have reached its vehicle limit, your role may not allow changes, or required vehicle information may be missing.

I cannot assign or transfer a permit

The permit may be inactive, expired, already assigned, subject to a transfer cooldown, or incompatible with the selected vehicle. Review the message on the Assign Permit page.

My vehicle still appears unauthorized

Verify the full plate, country, and region; confirm the vehicle is active; and confirm that an active permit is assigned and valid for the parking zone. Contact the site manager before parking if the issue remains.
